Download the google camera mode apk from here.
Install it but don’t open it because it will show this message to you “The google camera has stopped working” or “The google camera has stopped” or it can be “Unfortunately, the google camera is not working” or something like that.
So now what you have to do is enable the camera2api on your smartphone.

Note- Your Redmi Y1 should be rooted to enable camera2api on your smartphone. (To root your redmi Y1 Just search for “Root Redmi Y1” on google)
After enabling the camera2api on Redmi Y1 just restart your phone and open the google camera app that you have installed previously.
Just swipe right and choose the settings options.
Now, go to advance and now enable the Portrait mode option and restart your device again.
After restarting, open the google camera app again and slide right and here you will see a new option called “Portrait Mode” and just click on that and now you can take great portrait shots with your smartphone.
